Reflection

This reflection assignment asked me to think critically about my writing as it related to three pieces of writing I had done in the past. I looked back, looked forward, looked inward, and looked outward at myself and my writing process as it related to those three. I chose three very different pieces of writing: my Theory of Writing, Vignette, and Persuasion Article. First I created a mind map of that compared the three and how they were similar or different in research, purpose, inspiration, and reflection. This written reflection shows my personal reflection on the three pieces and my process of writing them and feelings about them. I discussed my ideas about writing that have changed since I wrote them and what has stayed the same. This required me to write about writing, which can be very difficult. I think that being able to write about writing, more specifically my writing, has made me a better writer in the long run.
